The plant can produce high‑strength sodium hypochlorite for industrial applications, as well as 5% sodium hypochlorite for cotton bleaching in textile mills and household cleaning purposes.

Yantai Jietong’s sodium hypochlorite generator is specialized equipment for producing 5‑12% sodium hypochlorite (bleach). Conventionally, sodium hypochlorite is manufactured industrially by combining chlorine gas with dilute sodium hydroxide (caustic soda). Industrial‑grade equipment is also applied for diluting and blending sodium hypochlorite solutions to target concentrations. Yantai Jietong’s generators adopt high‑purity salt as raw material. Salt is mixed with water and processed by electrolysis to obtain 5‑15% sodium hypochlorite solution. Equipped with advanced electrochemical technology, the unit efficiently produces sodium hypochlorite using common salt, water and electricity. Models covering small‑to‑large capacities are offered to match diverse user requirements. Such systems are widely deployed in water treatment facilities, swimming pools, and textile bleaching & rinsing processes.
